Attendance:

Financials:
Anita reported that the Park n Rec department was paid $835.63 and $1,403.56 for the archery range project.
The Hoard Museum received their $2,000 donation for the Koshgonong duck hunting exhibit. The club will be notified for the grand opening.
Tom made a motion to “approve the October 21st financials.” Jeff seconded. Motion approved.

Minutes:
Jim asked to amend the previous meeting minutes. He stated that the fish hatchery needs to be funded though the club does not need to fund the $8,000 reoccurring expense each year. He also noted that the archery targets should be contributions of other clubs. That the FAWC does not need to continually finance that expense.
Tom made a motion to “approve the minutes with Jim’s amendment.” Jason seconded. Motion approved.

Old Business

Hunter Safety Trailer:
Tom asked to table “the consider of a small trailer for our hunter safety program,” until the next meeting, to discuss with more board members. He would like to have it ready and displayed at our Annual Banquet.

New Business

Literature:
Anita found out dated brochures at the Chamber.
Tom made a motion to “spend up to $500 on updated printed literature to promote the club.” Jason seconded. Motion approved.

Edward Jones:
Anita was contacted by Edward Jones that a Client of Edward Jones put FAWC as their beneficiary. The funds would be strictly for the purchase of hunting land in memory of her late husband. Anita will follow up with Edward Jones Client.

Archery Range:
A proof copy of the archery plaque was sent around for everyone to view. The proof will be sent to Steve Wiesmann and the Wiesmann family for approval. Once approved, Rob Stine will be notified to proceed with the plaque.
Anita reported that Scott Landowski mentioned Rob Stine is envisioning the park be shut down one day to do an archery tournament/fundraiser. This could be a possibly revenue for archery targets.

Amazon Smile:

Banquet Speaker:
A board member suggested Dick Wanie speak about the duck hunting exhibit at the museum. The topic will be tabled until the next meeting to discuss with more board members.

At the next meeting the board will discuss the letter that is sent pertaining to the banquet.

Discuss dinner tickets – $45? Beef prices may be increasing.
